Why can't I convert a dvd to mp4? Error code 1
Bad program, even if paid for the Platinum version, 1 DVD out of 2 converts them to Mp4 WITHOUT AUDIO !!! To be avoided like the plague !!!
Ripping takes me 3 hours per DVD. Support request sent 24 hours ago. No answer so far
