Why can't I convert a DVD to MP4? Error code 1
Terrible program, even having paid for the Platinum version, 1 in 2 DVDs converts to MP4 WITHOUT AUDIO!!!, even though audio is present on the DVD. Avoid it like the plague!!!
Ripping takes 3 hours per DVD for me. Support inquiry sent 24 hours ago. No response yet.
